Having spent more than 35 years in the fitness industry, I’ve been witness to a million workout trends… So many of them have changed over the years but I have remained true to my fitness belief that resistance training combined with light weights & repetition lead to longer & leaner muscles, better posture, core strength and longevity. The props change with each workout but the common thread is to create a fit and healthy existence for all participants. Everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves they can be.
