Revel in the Experience

You are going to sweat. A lot. Wear clean clothes and don’t skip the deodorant. Everyone has their baggage. If you brought yours, lock it up downstairs. Please be on time and try your best to stay for the entirety of class, because nothing ruins the vibe of a spin class like opening the door in the middle of it.

Revel in the Safety

Stairs and spin shoes do not mix; please put them on after you come up, and take them off before going back down. Be smart about riding with an injury. Inform the instructor and ask for modifications. Spin can be intense. If you feel light headed: sit down, slow down & notify the instructor.

Revel in the Ride

Class is a time to let go of any outside distractions – absolutely no cell phones are allowed in the Revel studio (even if you’re trying to post about how amazing it is). If you are expecting an urgent call, leave your phone with the front desk and we will get you if needed.

  The (*) next to a class is simply for internal tracking purposes. There is nothing different about the class from the riders perspective.

  Each instructor has their own style. Weights are not specific to any one type of class. Until you get to know the instructors’ and whether or not they use weights, you might want to call the studio to find out, if they are important to you.

  ShoesShoes

  To ensure you are able to get the best ride possible, Revel requires you to wear clip-in spin shoes. The good news is that we provide shoes to every rider at no additional charge! If you’d be more comfortable bringing your own shoes, all of our bikes are compatible with SPD and Look Delta clips.

  LockersLockers

  There is no need to bring your own lock. Our guest lockers have coded locks to protect your stuff while you ride. Follow the instructions on the back of the door to set your 4-digit code, or ask the front desk for help.

  WaterWater

  We mentioned that you’d be sweating a lot. As a result, we also suggest that you drink a lot of water. We have several purified refilling stations and water fountains throughout the studio. Large bottles of SmartWater can also be purchased from the front desk.

  Shower & Locker RoomShower & Locker Room

  Our locker room offers two large private showers, changing rooms, and a large vanity area complete with blow dryers & other amenities. Our showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and face/body wash – all locally sourced from Duross & Langel. If you’ve never thought to put beer in your hair…that probably puts you in the majority. Apparently, in addition to being a great happy hour drink, it also strengthens hair, provides vitamins and proteins, and is sulfate-free & color safe. Who knew?
